The MSF cars were part of the convoy that had attempted to evacuate staff trapped in the fighting near Al-Shifa Hospital on November 18. The cars are destroyed by an Israeli bulldozer and heavy military vehicles, which demolish the perimeter wall of MSF's clinic. Part of the clinic catches fire.
