Order by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the application of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide in the Gaza Strip (South Africa v. Israel)

The ICJ issues a decision calling on Israel to prevent genocide against Palestinians in Gaza and to "take immediate and effective measures to enable the provision of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance to address the adverse conditions of life faced by Palestinians in the Gaza Strip." ICJ decisions are binding on Member States and are not subject to appeal.
