Oxfam publishes the report, "Water War Crimes: How Israel has weaponized water in its military campaign"

According to the report, the interruption of external water supplies, the systematic destruction of water infrastructure and Israel's deliberate obstruction of aid have reduced the amount of water available in Gaza by 94 percent, to just 4.74 liters per person per day.
