No relief and no chance of recovery for Gaza’s burn patients

In April, MSF teams treated an average of more than 100 burn patients per day at the MSF-run clinic in Gaza City. At Nasser Hospital, they have performed more than 1,000 surgical operations on burn patients since May 2024. Seventy percent were children, mainly under the age of 5.
