MSF joins coalition of organizations challenging France's arbitrary suspension of evacuations from Gaza

"MSF is joining a legal action to challenge the August 1, 2025 decision by the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Jean-Noël Barrot, to abruptly suspend all evacuation operations from the Palestinian enclave of Gaza. This action is being brought by organizations including Cimade and the League of Human Rights, as well as by groups of healthcare workers, academics, and journalists."
